Supplements

I see in the nutrition reports mention of many vitamins and nutritional supplements kind of items like Calcium. Would like a way to track supplements.

Our team is definitely considering adding native support for tracking additional vitamins, supplements, or medications. In the meantime, many users use the Notes area to record these additional items.

Alternatively, you can create a new Meal category called "Vitamins and Supplements". You can then create a custom food entry in the food database to represent your vitamin or supplement, and log this item to your diary when you consume it. Hope this helps!

Keeping track of supplements can get tricky sometimes, especially when you're juggling a bunch of them. It’s easy to use, and you can add details for each supplement—like the dosage when you took it, and if you noticed any changes. One thing I’ve found super helpful is using an app like Deuschem.com to track them. Plus, it can remind you if you need to take something at a certain time. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s helped me stay on top of everything. It’s also a good way to make sure you’re not overdoing it on certain vitamins!
