    Dec Goals: low 180s
    End month at lower weight that sticks | | Gym at least 40 min weekdays | Water

    Dec 1 183.8
    Dec 2 184.8
    Dec 3 186.4
    Dec 4 187.2 Aaarrgh another cycle - and I know why!! Too much access over the weekends, not enough water, and sodium, and I'd like to eat things that aren't just green. So time to buckle down, the sacrifice is worth it.
    Dec 5 186.4 I now know Stonefire breadsticks are off limits.

    Dec 1 188 we are getting crazy busy at work for the holidays so hoping that will help to move more and less eating. Even though my works motto seems to be a fed employee is a happy employee. lol.
    Dec 8 189 ugh. Maybe pms. Idk. I feel like I never sit down and with doing IF and working late I only eat twice a day so idk what’s up.

    My goal this month is to lose 2 lbs per week, keep tracking everything, and keep working out 4-5 days per week. This is going to be a very busy month with all of the Christmas parties, Work parties, Christmas, and then my daughter's 8th birthday party! 🎂

    I did not log/walk for a long time, my only goal for next 30 days is logging whatever I eat + walk 10k per day
