My family and I got together to celebrate my dad's 81st birthday! He now has his head shaved to look like his oldest son due to his chemo treatments. Don't know how much longer I'll have him, but it was a good day!

My son is 41, married, I am fortunate enough to have 3 grandkids. 🥰

He and I are so much a like and we’ve always had the kind of relationship where he can tell me anything.
We really do enjoy talking about strange abstract ideas and laugh about our frustrations with his boss who happens to be his dad, my ex.

When he moved out of the house to go to OU (20mi from our house), I bawled for a week straight.
Just cried and cried, then I let our German Shepard start living indoors. 😂
