Dec 1 188 we are getting crazy busy at work for the holidays so hoping that will help to move more and less eating. Even though my works motto seems to be a fed employee is a happy employee. lol.
Dec 8 189 ugh. Maybe pms. Idk. I feel like I never sit down and with doing IF and working late I only eat twice a day so idk what’s up.2 -

My goal this month is to lose 2 lbs per week, keep tracking everything, and keep working out 4-5 days per week. This is going to be a very busy month with all of the Christmas parties, Work parties, Christmas, and then my daughter's 8th birthday party! 🎂
