I have a constant issue with sodium! Almost everyday i go over the allotted 2500 mg and definitely feel the effects on the days following really high intakes. I dont drink as much water as i should, usually around 6 cups or so....besides upping my water, is there any way to counter the salt?

Actually, No-Salt (A Salt substitute) is pure potassium. Some people don't care for the taste but I will occasionally use it in moderation in place of salt on "no-salt" added items just to add some flavor. I don't mind it much.0

I know I go way over sodium limit on days that I eat out or eat processed foods; those are full of sodium. On days I cook my own food I'm usually well within my limit. That alone makes me not want to eat out as much.0
