I am in. If I loose as much weight this year as I did last year I will achieve my ideal weight.
With a bit of focus it probably would have been doable in a year. With a weight loss that divided by months is a kg a month. But this is not a sprint it is something I hope to achieve for life. And to make it stick for decades I need room too celebrate big birthdays and enjoy Christmas. Incredible news though starting next Monday everyone is starting a better life and for 14 days nobody will tell you too just take a slice of cake or that bit of chocolate.1 -
