    I am in. If I loose as much weight this year as I did last year I will achieve my ideal weight.

    With a bit of focus it probably would have been doable in a year. With a weight loss that divided by months is a kg a month. But this is not a sprint it is something I hope to achieve for life. And to make it stick for decades I need room too celebrate big birthdays and enjoy Christmas. Incredible news though starting next Monday everyone is starting a better life and for 14 days nobody will tell you too just take a slice of cake or that bit of chocolate.

    Happy new year. It's leftover turkey day.
    So on December 31 of this year I hope to be less than 70. Ideally 64 kg which would mean I have to lose 13 kg during the year. It's something that should possible. But 2023 with the end of year weight gain I wound up having lost 10.9 kg.

    So I will not set myself up to fail.
    Setting myself up for an easy challenge aiming for a 4.7 kg loss. Except to get free focus in January from all the other people also beeing good for a month.

    Good luck in the new year all. And thanks for the old. When I am good I read all your comments. When I am falling and flailing all I do is post to try and keep myself a little accountable.
