Hey All

Just joined today and I am starting the new year with the 10 day master cleanse!
I am trying to plan in advance for the upcoming busy season when I return to Full Time school. Anyone have any suggestions for high protein, low sat fat, healthy whole food meals that I can prepare the week before and grab and go? I was on weight watchers and lost a lot of weight that way but gained it all back after going back to school and then a car accident. I'm just starting to feel better but I know after this cleanse I'm going to need easy! <3 Thanks in advance!
