It will truly help! Log everything and be sure to check your nutrition at the bottom of the logging page. You’ll see where you need more nutrition and where you may be lacking. I’m always short on potassium so I take Propel packets 70mg and Emer-C with 200 mg. I walk 5 miles a week, (bad knee and feet) not much but it helps doing even a little exercise.
