Lost 50+, gained back 25. The year has been stressful, and I drink too much when stressed. I gave up drinking 5 days ago and started logging again too. Going week so far. Lost the first couple water-weight pounds. I know what to do; I just need to not stop doing it again!

Yeah, I get you! I am really trying to build all the good stuff into a way to be vs things I should do. And trying to anticipate and mitigate stressors where I can. It’s definitely a process- keep it going each day, day by day, and you’ll BE there. Cheers!0
