I saw a recipe (Grilled Chicken with Mango Corn Salsa) that I would like to log. It came with the 'jumpstart your weight loss journey' tips...but I can't find a way to log it for tomorrow...how do i take the recipe and log it for a different day?

Input it to the MFP recipe builder ingredient by ingredient when you make it? That's what I'd do.0

Copy the Grilled Chicken with Mango Corn Salsa recipe details. Create a custom entry in your food log app for tomorrow. Input ingredients and quantities manually to track accurately.0

thanks for the suggestions. you'd think if the recipe came from MFP that they might do the work of loading it..haha0

From your question, it sounds like you could log it directly to today? If that's the case, log it to today, copy today's meal to tomorrow and delete it from today.0

You can copy her link for her recipe and input that into the "Recipes" on myfitnesspal. Btw, it looks like someone has already entered it on this site.0
