Last time I had challenged myself to eat at restaurants only for social activities, not alone, and then just an appetizer and drink. I lost 4 pounds. So I am going to continue this, and add another challenge. 2 bean dishes per week at home. 1 bean soup recipe and vegetarian pasta and peas...every week!

Thanks! I’m in… at 52 years old, weight is coming off slowly. And as some of you have said— this is a marathon and not a sprint. It’s hard to keep remembering that because when I was younger I could drop 10lbs in a month by just adding a mile to my daily runs. I am thankful we have these challenge groups. Let’s do this!!
