    I used to, but haven't done so in a few years.

    When clothing wears out for TNP, it tends to always do so in the same way (pants always rip the knees, or socks wear out at the toe, etc)

    True, and this applies to how my things are laid out at home. My wife, however, is a complete opposite.

    TNP avoids taking headache medicine for minor aches to prevent the body from becoming immune to the meds, saving their use for when a REAL headache occurs
