    01/01-181.6-(Trend Weight: 180.3)- Good luck everyone in this new quarterly challenge and in the new year. Together, we can accomplish so much! Remember, I am always in your corner and one of your biggest cheerleaders!

    01/08-179.8-(Trend Weight: 181.2)- I had quite the overnight whoosh. I shed a lot of water most of the day yesterday (for whatever unknown reason) and I finally had TMI (in the middle of the night) last night, all of which graced the scale this morning. It’s encouraging and just goes to show that we must be patient with our bodies and our results. If we keep up our good habits, it will show up on the scale and on the tape measure in due time.

    Diet wise it has been a good week.
    The dog is walked 1-2 hours a day. Between work and kids I don't have time for more exercise than that.

    I ponderd for a moment doing this in pounds just so I could loose a half
    pound a week instead of quarter kg a week. Looks like more of an achievement. But a conversion calculator later I realized I really don't want to be 164.7 pounds. I have grown up with kg and my weight in pounds looked way way worse.

    Big loss this week. I stopped the sugar and the gluten rich foods and my body went here is some water I have been storing in your feet. Guess I don't need this much. And whoosh then I ToM happened and my body let go of some more water it had been storing. Camels have nothing on me. I store more water than they do. So now the end of year weight gain is gone. This does tend to happen every time I start being good food wise after a really out of control Phase.

    Last time I had challenged myself to eat at restaurants only for social activities, not alone, and then just an appetizer and drink. I lost 4 pounds. So I am going to continue this, and add another challenge. 2 bean dishes per week at home. 1 bean soup recipe and vegetarian pasta and peas...every week!

    So another good loss this week.
    I have recalculated my goals so that Fitbit now gives me 1930 cals to eat each day.
    That should have me lose 0.25 kg a week.
    Probably feel more doable too. Because I tend to eat more than 1660 cals and once Fitbit says I have eaten to much I tend to just go. Well if I am over I am over and eat more.
    So hopefully this will se me have fewer pig out days.

    The first here have some chocolate on piece won't hurt came on Tuesday. Statistically the new years resolutions get dropped on 19th of January so this one was early. But I stayed firm. I have decided chocolate is only Saturday now. Used to be Friday and Saturday. Because I have to have it on occasion and without firm rules it will take over everything.

    This week we had rain so everything turned to slippery ice. Then yesterday we had snow so now winter Wonderland. With ice hidden from wiev its a great time to have a dog.

    Looks like some successess! Dadera-- Good for you losing 4 pounds thus far!! If someone can help me out here...I'm still not certain how these discussions work.     You find your previous Post if you want to update your weight press quote. Then you remove the quote's write in your new weight at todays date. To tag someone write@ followed by username.
