Low calorie/carb vegan snack ideas???

Need some ideas for filling low calorie/carb vegan snacks. In the 100 calorie range or less.

I’m trying to avoid eating late at night, but sometimes I get the stomach rumble after meeting the calorie goal.

What are some good items to have in the pantry/fridge?

Here are some of the ones I already do;

- miso soup
- Konjac noodles
- Cauliflower rice (in moderation)
- Post dinner; cocoa powder, unsweetened almond milk, and stevia.

    A small amount of raw almonds or walnuts usually do the trick for me.

    Sliced vegetables like carrot, celery, jicama, radish. Pro tip: get some corchinons. Quarter some and add them to your vegetables and add a little of the brine. Let it sit for ten minutes to two hours. Yum.
