8Fit synchronise

Hi ,
I enjoy 8 Fit which suits my age group but can’t seem sync app with here ? I’ve just burned 135 calories but can’t log it in which seems a shame . Any thoughts ? Thanks

    I don't know what the nature of an 8fit workout is, but you can either log it in the right generic category (like calisthenics or circuit training or aerobics); or create a custom exercise and log it that way.

    Thanks , created my own to log in . It’s worked . It’s just 8 minutes a day , repetitive varying exercises you repeat . Nothing too full on as I’m 61 and apart from walking not very into fitness .

    Sounds perfect. I'm 68 F, pretty active. I think exercise is good, particularly as we age, but that it's ideal to start with something fun (at least tolerable/practical) that's just a manageable challenge. Good show! :flowerforyou:
