Body Fat

I want to get my body fat down. I'm 5 foot 5.5 inches and 128lbs. I stay pretty busy with play a hour of volleyball once a week and running 3-8 miles 4 days a week. I lift 2x a week on average. What are some tip on helping me get my body fat down??? I know a big problem i have is sugar....I LOVE chocolate chex cereal (8g sugar per serving) Thanks so the help :smile:

    I dont know what my body fat percert is but i would like to tone up the mid section :-) and that requires me to cut down on the body fat
