Anyone else not able to upload a recipe from a website?

It's been awhile since I've used MyFitnessPal. The version I use to use allowed you to upload recipes from the web. It seems the updated app doesn't allow you to do this. Is this correct or am I just not seeing it?

    The Recipe importer tool can be found by going to More/Menu >> My Meals, Recipes, and Foods >> Create Recipe
