    I don't have a recipe per se- but Lowery's marinades has an awesome jerk flavor- I'm not sure of the calories- I ahven't had it since I became obsessed, I meant, signed up on this web site- but give it a try!!!

    I had got this recipe a while back from www.grouprecipes.com It's pretty simple to make if you have all the necesary spices and it only takes 30 min from begining to end. I do substitute the thighs with wings and breasts sometimes.

    20 minutes to make
    Serves 4

    Ingredients
    ________________________________________
    • JERK RUB
    • 3 tablespoons dried thyme
    • 3 tablespoons onion powder
    • 2 tablespoons ground allspice
    • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons ground red pepper
    • 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 3/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoons ground cloves
    • 4 skinned, with bone-in chicken thighs
    • 1/4 cup chicken broth

    How to make it
    ________________________________________
    • Combine Jerk Rub in bowl, whisk to blend
    • Rub 1 tablespoon Jerk Rub over the 4 skinned chicken thighs
    • Let stand about 5 minutes
    • Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray OR lightly oil a skillet
    • Brown chicken over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side
    • Add 1/4 cup chicken broth, then reduce heat
    • Cover and simmer for 15 or *more* minutes until chicken is done
    • Remove chicken thighs to serving platter
    • Pour drippings over the thighs
