Welcome, Shay! I hope you will find, as a lot of people have, that this is a great app/website! You'll find a lot of support and great success stories, as well as good tips on here. I, too had a goal of roughly 50 lbs to lose in May and have lost 32 of them so far. Best of luck to you with your lifestyle change/journey!!

    Hi Shay,
Im new to this site as well. And looking to loose about the same maybe we can support each other.
I started at the Gym 3 months ago. I recommend getting a personal trainer once a week, It helps keep you focused and also is a really great way of getting to know people in the Gym and feeling like you belong. To all ways have someone there to say hi and discuss you progress is nicer then just feeling like if you stopped going no one would notice. Although I haven't been so great with my diet side of things I already feel better for going to the gym. Im just about to start this new challenge we have going wich is beach bods for summer ( im in Australia) and and super keen. As I know how quickly I can get results if I was to really focus.
I am hoping to be 10 KGs lighter by Xmas.
Good luck and rember you have to do a thing at least 17 times before it becomes a habbit... so keep at it!!
