App will not sync with website?

Every single time I enter food, or anything, on the app it does not sync to the website. It worked only when I first got the app and then it never worked after that. I have already deleted and re added the app twice with the same issues occurring. It says over and over that there it can not connect to the server. How do I fix this?

    They are having issues since the new App update came out. i got an email from the site admins saying they are aware of many issues/bugs and are trying to work on them. Syncing was on of the biggest issues. Not sure if we can do anything but wait. :(

    Really? I thought it was just me. I just got my first smart phone. Is everyone else having these issues?

    It is 2024 and I am having this problem, mainly with carbs. My app says I have eaten 85/108g of carbs, website says I have eaten 106/108g of carbs. I double checked to make sure I have all the same entries on both app and website so I have no idea what the problem is. I even clicked "sync" in the app hoping that would fix it.

    Have you submitted a support ticket? Click on "Help" and see if you find an answer. If you don't, then submit a ticket and staff can help.
