Hi all!

My name is Leah from Atlanta, GA, 60 years old. I lost weight with Weight Watchers and have been maintaining for 20 months and counting. I was diagnosed as diabetic, weighed 197 lbs, and today weigh 132 (near the lower end of my maintenance range, which is 125-140) and my diabetes is in remission. I try to get at least 300 minutes of activity per week. I’m here considering a transition away from WW, which seems solely focused on weight loss. Hoping to get to know folks and build support for maintenance.
