    Every day keeping my macros within the values. That is my daily goal. My weekly goal is to go to the gym three times.

    I currently weigh 270, and feel frustrated as hell with the way I feel. I’m going on a cruise in 2 days, but when I get back it’s on like donkey Kong. Goal weight is 225, but what the heck… might as well aim high.

    I’m aiming for 199 by the end of April. 5 lbs, 30 days. Good weather and a joy at being out in our beautiful spring weather have me aiming a bit high, but why not?
