    True-ish - several years back had a chimney fire on New Year's Eve. It was pretty much out before the fire department came. They ripped off the screwed on chimney cap, sprayed a fire extinguisher up the chimney, which came back into my living room because when they ripped off the chimney cap, they disconnected the pipe inside the chase. I had $1,000 of non-fire-related damage
