    False. I've only had stitches when it was a doctor who did the cutting.
    (also, I focus on exercise over diet, but only by doing both do I lose weight.)

    TNP will walk 1+ miles this morning to have a breakfast sandwich and coffee somewhere, then will walk/run back home.
