I have my Apple Watch connected to MFP but it’s only showing steps, not my workouts. How do I fix this?

Go into settings on your iPhone. Scroll down and select the Health app. Select Data and Devices. Select MyFitnessPal from the list. Scroll down to the Allow MyFitnessPal to Read list. Select Workouts.
That should get your workouts from Apple automatically over to MyFitnessPal. Be careful though because this could cause double counting of calories burned. You may now get credit for both the workout and the steps associated with the workout.
I have this turned on so I can keep track of my workouts; however, I do not eat back exercise calories. If you do plan to eat back some workout calories, you may want to adjust accordingly.0
