I have been gone a long time, since I have been gone, I ended being diagnosed with severe gerd, I’m still going through testing. I ended up on the B.R.A.T diet for 2+ months, I lost 25 pounds, and I feel great. I’m sitting at 207 pounds, and I don’t want to go back to the weight I was at. I’m consulting with a personal trainer, he suggested I join my fitness pal. I want to lose another
42 pounds that will put me at 165, I am 100% committed to whatever it takes to make that happen.
