Ok not sure if I did this right or not but below is a before and after picture from a little over a month ago and because I was getting a little discouraged with the scale today I decided to take a before and after picture.. my face looks retarded in the top two pics which explains the hearts covering them 
Also please disregard the outfit.. I am at work lol I am going to post before and after pics of the 30 Day Shred once I complete that only 16 more days!!! If I did this wrong please someone show me how! Thanks!!!
