    Agree with Tom.

Set your Goals here on the site. Log your food. Get some exercise - doesn't have to be intense, but stay active. Walk more. Stay on your feet a lot of the day.

Then study your FOOD page and make small adjustments that you can see yourself sticking to, such as cutting back on sweets, maybe giving up alcohol except for special occasions, using less butter and dressings and cheeses, etc.

The EASIER you make it for you, the more likely you are to do it forever and not give up and regain the weight. Don't deprive yourself. Eat the same amount of food total. Eat more foods you like that are low calorie. Eat less of the foods you like that are high calorie.
Do activities you love ❤️ that build muscles in your problem areas. May not get rid of the fat, but if you hide it behind muscles, you won't see it.

I love my Jumpsport, it's an indoor trampoline. I have my best weight loss weeks when I'm actively using it. I've also heard HIIT workouts have the same results and you can just search YouTube for videos.

    Set realistic goals.
You cannot spot reduce. The weight will come off the body parts where the body decides.
Get to a calorie deficit. MFP has built in calorie targets. You can sense check with this calculation:
    Current weight x 10
    Goal weight x 12
    For me this is:
    Currrent weight 1470 - 1500
MFP gives me 1200 as a target.
I do my best to stay between 1200 - 1500 per day.
