@ManifestingToday from what Iβm understanding, itβs basically retraining ourselves to eat less permanently, by choice. Sometimes just takes longer to adjust.
My mom got me both scales, but I had that WW since I was doing this in 2021, so definitely over a year. Happy to hear cases where companies still care about consumer though!2 -

Almost forgot to weigh today. Been very tired yesterday, and hungry. Also having hard time adding weight training into my routine (not enough hours in the day!) but I need to come up with something. I do weights on weekends but itβs only 2 days.
