ive never really paid attention to it until I started looking into the body media arm band. When I work out my skin, specifically my arms gets cold and clammy. My face will be warm and sweaty but since I'm interested in the arm band and it uses body heat for it's calculations I'm thinking I may not even be able to use it. Anyone else experience this and still able to get accurate results w the bmf ?
I realize sweat is your body's ac and I've had people tell me it's just evaporating and making you cold...but if my face is warm and sweaty that doesn't make much sense, not to mention it's low 70s in my house. No it doesn't matter what I eat or the time of day, I've tried alternating to figure it out.

Feeling cold and clammy on certain parts of your body is perfectly normal. Actually quite good for you! I always get cold on my stomach or thighs. My cardio teacher always said if parts of your body is cold, that means you are loosing calories. It usually occurs in the areas that may contain more fat than other areas. But that is what my school always taught me, not 100% but also that means you need more water intake. Keep drinking !! :)
