Hi

I'm just now getting started with my fitness. Even though it says I've been here for 4days. I'm supposed to track all my food. So that's what I'm trying to work on.

    Good for you! Once you have some logging history, you can use that to see how you’re doing with your food choices. Watching your Macros -carbs, protein, fat—is a place to start. One tip I got from a fellow fitness pal, was to try to log your food before you eat it not after you eat it. That way you can see if something is going to throw you off track for the day before you actually eat it. Enjoy the journey!
