Pay for premium but seeing ads??

Hi

I pay for premium, have for over a year.
Why then am I suddenly seeing ads suggesting I should switch to premium??

    Having the same issue. Along with a number of other annoying changes that have been made.

    Also having this issue on an Android device; it seems it is related to a recent update as I have used the app for years with subscription and never had this issue before. Now, it will show me an ad for the subscription service when I first open the app or when I switch to it after being out of the app for a while.

    Yep! Seeing the same on v24.10.1
    Lots of goofy things happening on the app recently 😕

    Having the same problem but luckily it will go away if I close and re open the app.

    I've been having the same issue. I reached out for help and this was the response I got...

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are aware some of our Premium users may be see ads in the mobile app. Our team is investigating the issue and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

    I am still waiting for it to be fixed. 🫥
