How to calculate poke bowls!

Hi all! I'm going to a poke restaurant and have SCOURED the internet for a restaurant which has a nutrition calculator (so I could attempt to calculate nutrition as closely as possible). I can't find one anywhere!! Does anyone know of one? Or can you give me advice on how to estimate best?

I'd just deconstruct it if you can't find an entry. Isn't it just fish and rice basically? So log the estimated amount of rice, log the estimated amount of fish, log some sauce, etc...
