    I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    Hi everyone.

    My name is Elsa, I am 41 years old. I reached my goal weight in 2017 by using MFP and exercising regularly. Unfortunately due to some personal issues and trauma I gained all of the weight back plus some.

    I am now in a space where I know I can do it again and maintain it this time.
