Missing progress measurements on the iOS app

Hi all,
Yesterday (March 28, 2024) I was unable to view or add any progress measurements, including a category that I had added myself (called “Hours of sleeps”).
The app only showed the default settings for “Steps” and “Weight”. The steps are synchronised with my iPhone steps and are automatically logged. The progress measurements either did not show at all, or presented the usual bar graph with a delay of up to a minute showing my recent steps.
My manually entered weight behaved in the same way, i.e. it either showed nothing or my last entry with the same delay as for my steps, if they appeared at all.
I have been able to log into Myfitnesspal on a browser and can view and add my progress measurements there.
The missing or delayed but limited amount of progress measurements are the same on my iPad and my iPhone. I recall that this also happened some time in 2023. This was acknowledged by Tech Support at the time and everything was restored to the usual behaviour after the next update, which appeared quite quickly.
Has anyone else experienced the same missing progress measurements on the app in recent days?
Where can I report this glitch so that it can be eliminated and the normal behaviour restored?
Thanks for any help and your comments,
David

I’m having the same problem and also remember it happening last year, but I can’t remember the fix.0

Yes - I'm having the exact same problem today. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice, but years of measurements are not appearing on my app (though they are still on my web version).0

I have the same problem, I have tried uninstall and re install but no luck. Data is there in web version but in the app the only thing I see is steps and weight and they are intermittently slow to load and sometimes randomly the other measurements appear but all history not showing1
