Hello everybody

Just thought I would say hello I'm 49 and a double heart attack survivor, I also suffer with depression and I'm also overweight, I'm on here to change my life a round, I ve decided to go weight training route, I'll keep you all updated be safe everyone

    Great Job! The first step is to recognise that you need to make a change. Be kind to yourself and make achievable goals. Having suffered from depression myself I can relate. Don’t be to hard on yourself if things don’t go to plan. Remember there’s Always another day to try again.

    Welcome! I also struggle with depression. I would love to watch your progress, weight training is so freeing to me. When I focus on a training plan I find the depression eases a bit and I feel less overwhelmed with life in general. Sending a friend request, hoping we can keep each other up and focused.
