    My scales are being uncooperative. I weighed in yesterday but they did not send it to my phone. So I couldn't double check the numbers when I tried to write the post During a break at work. But today yesterdays number is in the app but not todays number. I am guessing my scales might be abit moody due to the low battery signal that has been flashing for a week.

    Another weight gain was recorded yesterday. But it looks to be letting go already. The weekend away was spent eating, drinking and floating.

    I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    How do you get the weight ticker to work for you? I tried to update mine but when I add the code to display it, it won't update my weight. :/

    @lislisa123 Doubleclick the ticker right on the ticker in your MFP post. It will ask for your pin number. Click Edit and change your weight. Click save at the bottom. It usually updates all your tickers on every challenge automatically for you. I would wait about 15 minutes then close out your MFP. Then sign back on and check your last post to see if it changed. I hope this helps.

    @lislisa123 Years ago, I told a friend that I was "going to lose weight." His response? "What are you waiting for?" That really stuck with me. So yes, no more saying tomorrow for me. I work on my goals every day.

    I lost a bit of weight by changing my habits eating at restaurants. I only eat out if I am with others and just get one entrée, no sides.
    I quit drinking cream/sugar after 2 cups of coffee..most days
    I've been trying to eat breakfast most days, but haven't noticed any differences.
    Also, I have been eating 2 bean or legume dishes per week and not noticed any difference in my weight.
    Trying to figure out what small changes I can make to drop these last 10 pounds without counting every calorie!
    I'm going to eat a peanut butter sandwich and small salad every day for lunch this week!!!
