yes me!!! I just started today and I'm just starting out the transition to becoming vegan. I feel lost because all I know is Keto and Protein from animals and calcium from dairy, etc, etc. I would love to find a support group!

Just joined again. I've been vegan 6 years. There is vegan junk food too, and I've been enjoying it too much. Need to get back on track to WFPB.

veganism is not a good way to loose weight

You are the first person to even mention that losing weight is a reason to adopt a vegan diet. It is true you can gain weight on a vegan diet. You can also lose weight. You do have to be attentive to the variety of foods you eat to make sure you get adequate nutrition.

Veganism can be a GREAT way to lose weight if you want to be a vegan. You still have to eat fewer calories than you burn.

I was vegan for a year then fell out of it, but I'm back on it now. I'm trying to remember how to make all my favorite foods!

Hi. Vegan here too! I managed to lose almost 4 stone while on a vegan diet with the help of this app. Sadly the lure of increasingly abundant vegan junk food has seen me gain most of it back over the last 2 years. I'm back here to regain control! :)

I'm an omnivore who appreciates vegan meals if they're uncompromisingly delicious.
I recommend recipes from Thug Kitchen, which was renamed Bad Manners.
