yes me!!! I just started today and I'm just starting out the transition to becoming vegan. I feel lost because all I know is Keto and Protein from animals and calcium from dairy, etc, etc. I would love to find a support group!2

Take a look at this web site:
https://veganhealth.org/
Especially these sections:
https://veganhealth.org/tips-for-new-vegans/
https://veganhealth.org/meal-plans/
If you're becoming vegan for ethical reasons, go you! If you're becoming vegan for health, vegan eating is compatible with good health, but not a guarantee of health improvement (there's more to it than just skipping animal-sourced foods, by far; and eating vegan actually makes good nutrition ever so slightly more challenging than it is for omnivores - that web site will give hints why). If you're going vegan for weight loss, it's a tangent. Vegan eating is compatible with weight management, but no guarantee: There are quite a few overweight vegans in the world.
For clarity, I'm not vegan, but have been vegetarian for nearly 50 years, so am pretty clear on how fully plant-based eating works (and doesn't). There are a plethora of vegan advocacy sites nowadays that misrepresent the science, and some so-called documentaries that are also more about advocacy than objectivity.
I'm not trying to discourage you (or anyone) from becoming vegan: It's fine, and can be very healthful.5 -

Just joined again. I've been vegan 6 years. There is vegan junk food too, and I've been enjoying it too much. Need to get back on track to WFPB.0

You are the first person to even mention that losing weight is a reason to adopt a vegan diet. It is true you can gain weight on a vegan diet. You can also lose weight. You do have to be attentive to the variety of foods you eat to make sure you get adequate nutrition.
Veganism can be a GREAT way to lose weight if you want to be a vegan. You still have to eat fewer calories than you burn.1 -
12 year vegan for the animals2

I was vegan for a year then fell out of it, but I'm back on it now. I'm trying to remember how to make all my favorite foods!0

Hi. Vegan here too! I managed to lose almost 4 stone while on a vegan diet with the help of this app. Sadly the lure of increasingly abundant vegan junk food has seen me gain most of it back over the last 2 years. I'm back here to regain control!2

I am. So many delicious vegan snacks and desserts around. Back on the app again to get back on track with my nutrition and fitness goals0

I'm an omnivore who appreciates vegan meals if they're uncompromisingly delicious.
I recommend recipes from Thug Kitchen, which was renamed Bad Manners.
