Hi. I’m Denise, 68 yrs old. Thinking about leaving weight watchers for the third time. I have 43 lbs to lose. Wife, mom to 1 son and 3 fur babies.

I'm 68, F, too. I lost around 50 pounds using MFP at age 59-60, now hanging around long term to stay at a healthy weight. The process can work, if we work at it.
