Like what days do your workout- When do you hit the weights- How long do you workout for?
My schedule is Tuesday-Saturday and Sometimes Sunday
Tuesday- triceps and chest + cardio
Wed- lower body + cardio
Thursday- biceps and back + cardio
Friday- abs and shoulders + Cardio
Saturday- Straight cardio
Sunday (If I go) more cardio
I work out for NO LESS than 60 minutes and I don't stop until I burn NO LESS than 500 calories..
What is your plan

Well, I started the P90X yesterday, but up until yesterday I did full body workouts M,W,F for about 50-60 minutes and 45 minute cardio on T,H,S with Sundays off. I did this routine from November '08 for 4 months. With the P90X it's going to be working out 6 days a week with Sunday's off.
Monday- Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X
Tuesday- Plyometrics
Wednesday- Shoulders and Arms,, Ab Ripper X
Thursday- Yoga X (this monster is 90 minutes long)
Friday- Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Saturday- Kenpo X
Sunday- Rest or X-Stretch
I am so excited to do this thing for the next 90 days!!!0 -
i spin 3-4 days a week. i do upper body weights prior to my spin class. the other 1-2 days (i work out 5 days a week) i just do the elliptical and treadmill. then on one of my 2 days off from the gym i do my 10 minute pilates for abs video at home.0

Mondays I do Step/Interval class. 60 minutes long
Tuesdays I do Bellies, Booties and Biceps class 60 minutes long
Wed. I do Step/ Abs class 60 minutes long
Thurs. I do Bosu and Ball class 60 minutes long
Friday is Step/Interval class also 60 minutes long
And Saturday and Sunday I do some type of cardio which is either walking/jogging outside or this past sunday I went to the gym and used the treadmill and elliptical.
Today was an easy class so I came home and did Biggest Loser cardio max for some extra cardio because it was mostly weights today.

Monday: Weights (usually 35-45 min)
Tuesday: Speedwork run (usually 5 miles or so) + swim + Ab workout (Ab Ripper X)
Wednesday: Weights (usually 35-45 min), some cardio
Thursday: Tempo run (between 6-8 miles lately) + swim + ARX
Friday: Cardio & weights (usually an hour or so)
