    @Sweetzyd Crystal beware of the high carbs in watermelon. I gained 30# one summer eating watermelon and fresh pineapple! So good because they were so sweet!

    Thank you! I am aiming to allow most of my sugar and carbs from fruit and veggies right now, but just 1 or 2 servings of fruit/day. You are correct, It is definitely full of carbs. My dad was doing daily smoothies and he thought he was eating healthy but he was having several servings of fruit in just 1 smoothie. They caused him to gain as well
