Hi I’m here to lose weight because I stress eat a lot

    Good that you have already identified an issue you want to work on.
    Stress eating can be managed.

    Some things that have helped me are:
    Talking to someone about the stress.
    Finding a substitute or distraction during stressful times. For me knitting helps.
    There are also options like a large salad or vegetable tray that can be helpful so you can eat something without going too far over your calorie goals.

    This used to be my prime method of soothing as a teenager. I am a big overeater but have found counting calories really helps keep me in check!
