    April 1: 178.1 Almost forgot about weighing in, and this is after a cup and half of coffee and a glass of water
    April 8: 174.2 Last week reflected a gain from a weekend of bad eating and not tracking

    April 29: 169.5 Although I've stayed in my goals the whole month, there was a lot of going out to eat this past week and a couple days of cake for birthdays. I always have better progress eating at home

    April 1: 210 I'm way up but it's the beginning.

    April 8: 208.4 Happy that I’m moving in a downward direction. I was less last week but then did some traveling to see my mother. But, it’s a great start.

    April 15: 204.4 WOW!! I’ve keep a very strict week of watching what I ate and staying slightly under my calorie goal. Also got in a small walk a few times.

    April 22: 203.4 Drastically slowed down but I still lost 1 pound and to me that’s great! This was also a visit to see my mom, I go help her very other week, it’s a two and a half hour drive each way.

    April 29: 206.4 Not a very good week weight and eating wise.

    April Loss:3.6 pounds down. Still a very good month overall. Losing something is always better than gaining anything!

    05/01-185.6-(Trend Weight: 182.3)-

    05/06-185.2-(Trend Weight: 183.4)- My 64th birthday coming up on the 10th! I was hoping to go from upper 170’s to upper 160’s by then. I went the opposite direction and am still back in the 180’s mainly due to a lot of recent travel and then my daughter’s college graduation this past weekend (which included a large graduation dinner). I’ve got my work cut out for me. Am I up for the task? I think so. I hope so. I pray so. I did have a small drop of nearly ½ lb this week so it’s a start, right?

    Starting this thread the last day of April; however, I kept track of April weight sporadically. I did not set a goal in April, tho.

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP(MY FITNESS PAL): 160.2 2/20/2011 — been on & off since then. I’m back to being serious about getting healthier. Weight loss goal weight: 98 lbs (give or take & this goal is subject to change due to age, etc) keep in mind my height is 4’8” (have shrunk 3 inches over the last 15 years). Age: 62

    I lost a bit of weight by changing my habits eating at restaurants. I only eat out if I am with others and just get one entrée, no sides.
    I quit drinking cream/sugar after 2 cups of coffee..most days
    I've been trying to eat breakfast most days, but haven't noticed any differences.
    Also, I have been eating 2 bean or legume dishes per week and not noticed any difference in my weight.
    Trying to figure out what small changes I can make to drop these last 10 pounds without counting every calorie!
    I'm going to eat a peanut butter sandwich and small salad every day for lunch this week!!!

    May 5:147 I've been sticking to all of the above changes pretty well...still trying to eat breakfast more often. The main change, here lately, is that I've stopped counting calories. I do have my meals,1500-1700 calories per day, logged all the way until June and I am going to try to keep to the plan!
    May 15:145 I didn't feel well for a few days w/sore throat & just ate bananas and apple sauce and toast...the worst way to lose a few pounds!
