I’m new!

Hello my name is Samantha! I’m new to MFP! But I’m ready to learn and gather new ideas for breakfast, lunch and Dinner! I’m on a weight loss journey right now so this app helps me find new ways to make my meals fun to eat and not the same boring ones I eat every week.

    Welcome. I sent you a friend request. I have been on hiatus for years. I have been steady with the Mediterranean diet the past 6 months and need to start tracking some activity.

    I have also started a group, Mediterranean WOE if you are interested. There is not much in there now but, I'm hoping to get some members to share Mediterranean meals, exercise, tips and tricks. :)

    You enter desired daily calories, number of meals, and eating style.
    It gives you a meal plan with recipes.
