Well it’s been more than a hot minute since I tracked every morsel that went in to my mouth… and at my fittest and healthiest when I last embarked on a weight loss journey I was 5stone lighter than I am currently. Sadly life and the horrible events my partner and I have endured has caused my weight to spiral.

Since I have been diagnosed with diabetes last year I’ve found my usual dieting style difficult so I figured trying to be in a calorie deficit was more than worth a shot.

Anyways - lovely to be back! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

    It’s so very true - not always easy though. Im nearer to 40 than 30 and really want to take a hold of health and mind ♥️

    I was just diagnosed T2 10 days ago and I figured coming back here was the best way to keep track of my carbs. I have been mostly focusing on carbs and not fat and calories. That's the next thing to do.

    Being T2 can be a mare but I’m finding just proactively tracking more is doing the trick! 4 weigh ins and I’m down 3.8kg ♥️ you’ve got this xx
