It’s wild what a difference 80 pounds makes! on the left I’m wearing a 18/20 jeans and a xxl shirt on the right is a mens small shirt and a med women’s leggings almost to my goal weight!!!

Started my weight loss journey in 2022. Went through a major depression towards the end of that year. I picked back up in 2023. Last two pics are the last two months. ❤️37 -

I've been on Carnivore since January 21. From 167lbs to 140lbs and 13.5 inches lost. To be honest, I haven't added in any formal exercise (I do have acreage, so I'm always busy), just the diet change.

I had gastric bypass RNY in July 2023. I started out at 252 in December 2022. Surgery date I was 212. Today I weigh in at 140.
I’m down 112 lbs so far, went from a size 20/22 (2X/3X) to a size 6 (s/m)
