I want to loose 5 lbs in October. We all weigh in Oct 1st and the last weigh in is Oct 31. Lets see who losses it first? We can all motivate each other thru this post each week so we keep going strong. who is with me?

Okay, weighed this morning and I'm at 200, so 195 by Oct. 30th!
I like this Small goals seem a lot easier to obtain than huge ones0 -

I weigh 86 kilos right now, so by November 1st I should weigh 83.something kilos.

me At 153lbs gosh I have been stuck at this for the longest. Need to see that scale moving int he right direction. We can do this you all.0

Checking in. Weight for October 8th is 198.6, so 1.4 lbs. lost so far for October.0

checking in. I managed to put on 6lbs in 3 days earlier this month (TOM?) anyway I'm dropping that still- so total change is +3. I guess that means I have 11 pounds to loose this month!0

I need to lose 1.9 lbs. this week then, so I guess I better get the move one! I'm gonna be disappointed if I don't finish my first challenge!0 -
