Hello,
Does anyone know how to adjust my daily diet limits? My default settings say I should have zero poly and mono saturated fat. This is wrong. Why is this the case and how do I change it? And can anyone recommend what the healthy amount of these to consume is? 51 year old male, 173 lbs and 5’10”. in good health, walk and hike regularly but not intensely.

The goal is zero because there is no official guideline/goal from the USDA or WHO.
Some nutrition goals are values to preferably stay below (for example saturated fat or sugar). Others are values to reach/exceed: protein for example. For unsaturated fats, more is better.1 -
If you'd like to set a specific goal for either or both of these, MFP will let you do that.0
